Mike Miller - President

Miller is the vice president of operations for Southland Industries. He quickly gained experience early in his career by managing several projects in Las Vegas. In 2001, he moved to Northern Virginia to act as project executive on the Pentagon Renovation Program where he spent four years leading that prestigious project. He is an active member of the Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence (PACE) and a member of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA). He is a graduate of Penn State University.

Stan Fleischer - Vice President

Fleischer is president of Seneca Balance Of Maryland, Inc in Baltimore, MD which was founded in 1992. He has 30 years experience in testing and balancing building systems and has been NEBB certified since 1987 and serves on the NEBB board and Test and Balance committee
