EMPA Press Conference 2010

SMACNA's Government Affairs Chairman, Ed Hershon of Stromberg Metal Metal Works, speaks at the press conference on Worker Misclassification. The April 2010 press conference was held by Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) in Washington, DC to announce his introduction of the Employee Misclassification Prevention Act (EMPA).
