Frank Roberts serves as a member of SMACNA Mid-Atlantic's Board of Directors, and the Secretary of the Sheet Metal Industry Fund Trustees. He began his career in the union trade in 1989 with Stromberg Metal Works. There, he completed his apprenticeship and worked for Stromberg for 15 years. Frank is currently employed as a sheet metal superintendent at Southland Industries, where he has worked for over 15 years. His responsibilities at Southland begin with pre-construction work on projects, to punch lists, and everything in-between. Frank has input on design, duct construction, and the scheduling of manpower on multiple projects.
